What poured to order means
You pick the oil and the vessel. We melt what you asked for. The jar is often still becoming a candle after you click.
Poured to order is not a slogan we bought. It is the size of the kitchen. We do not hold fifty scents times every jar in a finished row. We hold oils and vessels. Your combination is the pour.
Allow a few days for the soy to be poured and to cure, then ordinary transit. If an oil or a vessel is still on its way to Durango, the page will say so — usually about two weeks. We do not say “out of stock” for something we are still willing to make.
Because the candle is made for you, we cannot take it back because you wished for a different mood. If it arrives cracked or leaking, send a photo. We replace that.
