The oil

CandleScience fragrance oils, poured by us

We name the oil. We do not copy their pages. You can search CandleScience Wisteria Vines and find the same fragrance we pour.

Wick and weight notes for a CandleScience oil at Hartisans

Every Hartisans scent is a CandleScience fragrance oil in our soy, in our vessel, with a wick we tested. The shop title is their catalog name so people who already love an oil can find it. If we have a house name, it rides along. It does not replace theirs.

We are not CandleScience. We do not sell their bottles of oil. We do not reprint their copy. We buy the oil they make, melt soy around it, and send you a label-free jar from Durango.

Why we do it this way

  • You can look the oil up. Notes, flashpoint, the work they already did.
  • We spend our time on the pour, the vessel, and an honest burn — not on inventing a perfume from scratch.
  • If you have a favorite CS oil, you can ask us to pour it in a Hartisans jar.

Product pages say “Poured with CandleScience {name} fragrance oil.” That sentence is the contract.

Questions

Do you make your own fragrance?
No. We pour CandleScience fragrance oils. The craft is the soy, the wick, the vessel, and the kitchen.
Can I buy the oil from you?
No. We sell the candle. Buy the bottle from CandleScience if you want to pour at home.
